The Village at Autumn Pond in Essex Junction, Vermont, offers a blend of modern living and community engagement. The apartments themselves are designed to be spacious and comfortable, with large bedrooms. The Master Bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a full master bathroom. A second 3/4 bathroom with a stall shower is present, and all apartments are equipped with washer/dryers. Kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet and counter space. Additionally, there are coin-operated laundry facilities and a basic fitness room available in all current buildings.
Close to Global Foundries (Formerly IBM), Keurig Dr. Pepper, the Essex Experience and Beta Technologies, Five Corners and the Champlain Valley Fairgrounds. within 10-15 minutes from Interstate 89, the University of Vermont Medical Center, the Burlington International Airport and much, much more.
