THE COMMUNITY
The Village at Autumn Pond is more than an apartment complex – It’s a Community. It’s a quiet rural setting away from the “concrete jungles” that seem to be all around. There are 300 units comprised of One Bedroom, One Bedroom + Den and 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath apartments. We are also a Non-Smoking property.
The Clubhouse is the center of the community. Available to all residents, this building houses a fitness center and a large community room with kitchen. Join your fellow Village residents for morning coffee in front of the fireplace or share in planned events. This building also houses our on-site management office which is staffed six days a week.
Outdoor amenities include a large in-ground, heated swimming pool and a stone patio/picnic area with barbeque grills for resident use. We have additional barbeque grills conveniently located throughout the community, a communal fire pit and a Dog Park. Tranquil walking/bike trails wind around the community, connecting to the Tree Farm Recreational facility (http://www.treefarmsports.com/index/html).
